| gijoezap's Full Review: Toy Biz Spider Man Series 1 Super Poseable Spider ... |
I being a child of the eighties, grew up on a wide variety of action figures. Never have I seen a figure with such a realistic range of poseability. He can get in a lotus position, for Pete's sake! You can lay him down with his hands behind his head and his legs crossed at the ankles like he's chillin'. You can pose him in a wide variety of action poses. The two middle fingers of both handscan be folded for the web slinging position. His head moves in every position, even tilts like he's thinking. All in all he moves like a super hero action figure SHOULD. The paint job is very realistic and well done. He looks just like Spidey in the movie, no lie. Some points of articulation are a little loose so they will get worn pretty quick. Another slight peave is the points at the upper arms and upper thighs are unnecessary because nobody's arms and legs move like that and when rotated (the arms especially) look kind of weird like the biceps are cut in half. But these are very minor flaws when the figure as a whole is looked at. It is truly a work of art by the people at TOYBIZ.
