In my quest to find a simple product to stop the cravings of chocolate and junk food I found this "continual appetite suppressant", known as the Trim Patch 24 seven on eBay. The packet contains thirty patches, which is equal to a one-month supply.
There are five sheets with six patches that peel off. I have eighteen patches left with an expiration date of September 2008. The label on the back also indicated the Batch No of the patches and when they were manufactured - September 2003.
The patches slide out of the packet with the sheets a texture similar to wax paper. On occasion a patch will curl up at the bottom when you pull it off and one did stick to the inside of the packet. The Trim Patch 24 seven is a natural product, not a medicine.
The Trim Patch 24 seven should be placed on a hair free spot on the body for a twenty-four hour period. When the time is up to remove the patch and place another one on your skin you will want to place it on another side of the body to give the skin time to breathe. Also you will have an outline from the adhesive for the patch. It will be necessary to remove this with warm sudsy water and use some muscle to get it off. I have many times received a red spot in that area once the residue has been removed.
As someone who suffers with allergies, asthma and eczema I have had no allergic reactions from wearing the patch. The area with the patch does not cause discomfort and no itch is present. There are no ill effects from wearing the patch that one would suffer from if taking an appetite suppressant pill.
The packet mentions that this Trim Patch 24 seven works by releasing natural fucus vesiculosus extract. So basically it is working while you are sleeping. 5-HTP is used to decrease food intake, guarana is added to melt off excess fats. The lechitin is for the breakdown of fats and cholesterol and to help distribute bodyweight. The L-carnitine plays the critical role in the metabolism of fatty acids. Other ingredients are flaxseed oil, zinc citrate, yerba mate and zinc pyruvate.
It is also stated that the Trim Patch 24 seven combines nutrients to aid ia calorie controlled diet. I do not notice any jittery feeling from wearing the patch and my cravings are limited to just the basic staples on the days I wear the Trim Patch 24 seven.
I would use the Trim Patch 24 seven more often if not for the end result of the residue on the skin. I hardly remember I have the patch on and may have even had one of two on for longer than the stated twenty-four hour period. I do continue to snack, but not as much and not repeatedly due to stressful events.
Although I would not purchase another 30-day supply, since I have the packets I plan on using them before the expiration date, which will be no problem. I have worn a Trim Patch 24 seven patch when working out.
For anyone that is pregnant or nursing they should check with a Physician first. It is also mentioned that anyone taking medication should consult with their Doctor beforehand. The texture of the Trim Patch 24 seven is similar to masking tape, which has the same curl issues when you are trying to cut the tape, especially in warmer months and when near a fan.
Removing a Trim Patch 24 seven is fairly simple. It is easy to grasp a corner and pull it off the skin. It does not hurt and gets tossed in the garbage. These are very popular on eBay, so when I saw them all having bids it did influence me into obtaining this item. I was curious to how they would feel and if they would curb my appetite.
Since I have been working out and changed my eating habits I really do not need to rely on an appetite suppressant, but on weekends when in PMS mode I will wear a patch to slow my chocolate intake.
