Pros: Exiting and Different dishes

Cons: Boring and dark if you sit inside

This is nice little restaurant on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland, CA. When you first walk in to Tropix, it looks dark a tiny, but if you during the summer or a on a nice day in the spring, you can sit on the wonderful patio in back. The patio is beautiful and a fun place to eat. Tropix isn't cheep but it isn't very expensive either, which is nice.
Many of the dishes are interesting and different, but most are very tasty. Some of the tasty dishes are the ones with seafood and/or curry.
I would recommend this restaurant to someone looking to try something new and different, because almost all of the dishes you probably wont have tasted before.
