My entire family suffers from sinus allergies. We have tried every single OTC sinus medication on the market, both name brand and store/generic brand. We originally tried Tylenol Sinus because my oldest son has an asprin/NSaid allergy and Tylenol is the only pain medication he is allowed to take. To my extreme surprise Tylenol Sinus worked wonderfully. My head stopped hurting, my sinuses open up and I felt better overall. Other brands get more advertisement, but IMO Tylenol Sinus is the best OTC medication available. And it has the added bonus of having a pain medication in it to help w/headache and aches and pains that is safe for people with asthma to use.
