Pros: Took away the pain
Cons: Knocked me out and made me drousy.
The Bottom Line: They have a few lousy side effect such as leaving me too tired to get out of bed. Preventing me from nightly child care, and making me very dizzy.

I purchased the Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs because I had been having some bad cramps for a few days in a row. I could not find anything that could help me get rid of the pain or just sleep it off. I had become tired and the cramps were not going away.
I bought the Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs 50 count at CVS for 7.99. Fairly cheap for so many in a bottle.
When I tried the Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs it took my cramps away little by little with in a half hour or so. After that I felt a little dizzy. All of a sudden I just had no choice but to go right to sleep because I felt like I was going to fall on my face.
I instantly fell asleep when I got into the bed. This would not be a bad thing but since I have a 15 month old daughter that does not sleep through the night it turned out to be pretty bad. When she woke up I had heard her crying, but I just could not get out of bed. I was too tired and too drousy. It took me nearly 20 minutes to get out of bed to get my daughter.
If Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs keeps me from taking proper care of my child or keeps me from being alert. It is not the right one for me. Even though it did take the pain away completely.

Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs work great but will make you very tired and drousy. If you have to get up for work early, have children to tend to, or have a baby who needs you to be alert through out the night you may not want to take Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs. And you may want to look into taking regular extra strength tylenol.
I did like Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs as far as taking the pain away, but it is not the right kind for me to take because it knocked me for a loop all night long.
I do recommend it for bad pain and for people who can afford to sleep later than most. Because it can make you sleep better than you ever have and for a very long time, without leaving you with any pain. It is easy to swallow too which I like. Because anyone who knows what I am talking about will agree, if you have ever swallowed a pill that got stuck to your mouth for 1 second too long and you had a real nasty taste in your mouth afterwards for a long time. That can be pretty gross and the Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs are coated pretty well so they don't do that.
There are a lot of good points about the Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs, it just was not right for me as a busy mom to be taking some thing that can make me so tired and make me feel dizzy.
Out of 10 being the best and 0 being the worst I rate Tylenol PM Extra Strength Geltabs a 5 for people like me and a 10 for people who are not strapped with nightly or early morning chores.
