Pros: You will make friends before the first day is over.
Cons: The price is definatly a con because it is expensive.
The Bottom Line: Eisner Camp is amazing and I and everyone makes friends for life.

I went to Eisner camp for four summers and the only thing I gret is not starting earlier. Eisner is literally a bubble and once you are in it you will never want to leave. Everyone makes you feel so welcome starting from the time you drive through the gates.
Campers sleep in bunks, the youger units sleep in bunks with around 14-16 campers and then the oldest unit Olim is in a bunk of 4-6 kids with a counselor. The oldest unit is Olim (going into 10th grade)which is a leadership type program. It is the best year because you become so close with everyone. Next is Tzofim (going into 8 and 9 grade), Ofarim(going into 6 and 7), Bonim(going into 3rd, 4th and 5th grades). And then theres k'tanim which is a 2 week camp for 1st and 2nd graders. Also at eisner you learn so much about jewish culture and values, but it's not boring it's actully really fun. Think of playing ultimate frisbee with a bunch of middle aged, out of shape rabbis and then relating it to passing down traditions.
Shabbats at Eisner are like no other shabbats anyone has ever seen, they are awsome. The nigth starts with services which are beautiful because there is no organ, services are lead by songleaders with guitars. Then after services there's dinner and then song session, which is singing almost like jewish rock songs and jumping around and going CrAzY!!! Then is the best part....Israeli Dancing!!
Camp is an amazing place, it is the only time of the year where i am really happy and you really do live 10 months for 2. Olim '04
