I had been to this restaurant before to get sushi to go before and had not had much of a problem, even though no one was terribly friendly. The last time I went, which was about two days ago, they TOTALLY ignored me. they asked me what kind of order I had and I said to go. That is the last thing that was said to me until I realized that they were not goign to take my order. 30 minutes had passed , meanwhile, they had sat between seven to ten new tables. When my husband returned, I told him that we should go because they have no time to take our order. The rude waitress said,"Thank you for coming, have a nice day", to which I replied,"Well, I never got to order, but thanks anyway". I really liked their sushi and miso soup but the customer service was severely lacking in my opinion. I am a former waitress and I would never have treated anyone like that. I have learned in the business that if you have a good experience, you tend to tell three people, if you have a bad experience, you tend to tell 10. If they keep treating people like this, they will be in trouble soon.
