Do not buy if you use CallerID

Pros: Good sound.  Looks good on desk.

Cons: The caller ID function is useless.  Customer service is terrible.

The caller ID function does not track the leading 1 in the 11 digit phone number. It only displays and records 10 digits. Because of this, you can not return a callerID call without adding the leading #1 every time. Also when you have a contact stored in the phone book the callerID does not display the contact name because the phone book entry has 11 digits and the callerID only has 10. I called Uniden customer service and they did not care. They told me to return the phone.
