Defective right out of the box.

Despite repeated attempts, carefully following operating manual, the date/time function can't be set, making answering machine essentially useless.

Manual doesn't follow actual operation in several areas, although it's clear enough for date/time setting - that function just doesn't work at all.

DECT 6.0 is certainly a superior technology on paper, but this particular phone had voice transmission that faded in and out despite no problems with 900, 2.4 and 5.8 phones at this location. Possibly just more lack of quality control.

Forget about Customer Service unless you have a lot of time to waste.
