after purchasing the remote and connecting to my computer, getting model numbers for my components, the remote works perfectly! Had a couple hickups with my Harman Kardon receiver but thanks to the learn feature, it works better than the original. I have a system with 2 DVD players, 1 VCR, TV, Tuner, IPOD connected to the tuner and controls it all seamlessly. You have to do a little thinking when setting it up, and possibly some trial and error, but once done, it's great!
Customer support is great also. Had a little trouble initially, but they learned from my "learned" commands from an original remote and updated their functions on their end and everybody gains from my experiences.
