I recieved this remote for Christmas and was very happy at first glance as I have several remotes for my home theatre. The set-up takes a little time but this isn't a con as I expected it would. The major problem is that Logitech markets this device as user friendly for anyone who comes across it (friends, parents, babysitters, etc.). The simple fact is that it is in no way user friendly. Anyone who wants to watch TV or a movie, or listen to music needs a tutorial on the device. Even after detailed explanation, new users get quickly frustrated.
