nealld's Full Review: Logitech Harmony® 880 LCD Remote Control
Nice remote, and certainly should help me consolidate all of the various remotes I have today. However when I received it, and programed the devices as it tells you to, the devices would not all turn on. Basically certain hard buttons are totally non responsive. So I resorted to contacting them and they walked me through about 2 hours of deleting, downloading, testing and then again, only to determine what I told in them in the first place, two of the hard buttons on the remote are not working properly and it needed to be replaced. Well now they tell me that they sent a note to their customer service folks and they will contact me within 5~7 business days, and if I don't hear from them call back. I've gotta be honest, this type of service for such an expensive item is insane. But I guess I have no choice but to play the waiting game and see what the decide to do with my DOA remote.
