Pros: The Urban Rebounder is compact and you can exercise and watch television simultanously.
Cons: The customer service is HORRIBLE with no sense of appreciating customers.
I was happy with my Urban Rebounder for a few years, eventually allowing my grandchildren to play on it outdoors one summer. I forgot about it for months. Ultimately, the rebounder skirt was tattered by weather. I called Urban Rebounder HQ in WI to order a new skirt. No problem. The skirt price was reasonably priced, but shipping and handling was almost $9 for an item less than 2 pounds. I still made the purchase. Upon receipt, I realized one of the rebounder legs was missing. Called Urban Rebounder once again, clearly explaining that one entire leg was needed. The price was $32.60. The shipping and handling was almost $18.00 for perhaps 2 pounds. I was still determined to just forget it and attach the new leg. That is when I realized it came without the rubber tip to safely keep the leg in place, which is on the other 5 legs. Called them regarding this, as I had now spent close to $65 for a leg and skirt replacement. They responded in order to get the rubber tip, I would have to purchase six rubber tips, and of course, pay an additional $9 shipping and handling fee.
