Ive only had my V1 for a couple of weeks, but I love this thing. I had read so many reviews from people saying that they wouldnt live without the features of the V1, and now that I have experienced it, I couldnt agree more.
It tells you exactly how many hits you are getting, where they are coming from, what band, and how strong it is; which I think is awesome.
HOWEVER, I bought this as a second set of eyes to my own. Not all cops have their radars on all of the time, so dont expect to pick up every patrol car on the road. This should be used to help you sniff out the cops that do have their radars on, but you need to also keep your eyes open for those that dont. Owning a radar detector does not give you a right to drive as fast as you want, it gives you a little bit of piece of mind to know where speed traps might be if you are travelling a few over the limit.
