Pros: Preferable to chemical drugs: less expensive, and no negative side effects
Cons: Remembering to take it. Reordering before the month was up.
My husband has severe Attention Deficient Disorder and we tried this on and off five different times so there was no mistaking the difference it made. ATTEND alone make a notable difference in his ability to focus, but with the Strategy Pac he became almost normal. The glazed-eyed distraction went away and his focus was became more normal, and he was considerably less irritable and impatient. He could stay focused on the job and was more reasonable and rational at home. He stopped being so obsessive/compulsive and was obviously more in present moment awareness. He made fewer inappropriate telephone calls on the job, was more likely to get to work on time and to not go to bed late. He was more likely to remember things he was supposed to do. He was more responsible with money and in general he just behaved more like people who did didn't have ADD. He was less hyper and expressed feeling less anxiety. He had more courage to do things that had held him back before on the job. There was literally a night and day difference. If he stopped taking it, he would gradually backslide back into his old self, but I did notice that there seemed to be some positive changes that lasted. My opinion is, even if he has to take it the rest of his life, so do those who use insulin have to take that the rest of their life, so if ATTEND and Strategy Pac are what it takes to make him function normally, then who cares, as long as it works as well as it does. Attend alone is good, but the real difference began when he started using the whole Strategy pak package.
