I would not get Verizon Fios TV again even at half the price. The customer service is just dismal. You can spend a whole evening trying to get a human on the phone. If by some miracle you find your way through the rat maze of menus and you do get to talk to someone they will not be able to help you.

The picture suffers from a lot of pixilation, constantly being broken up by bad signals or processing.
The DVR, oh, how can I explain how bad the DVR is. Terrible interface, this is the third DVR I have owned and this is by far the most difficult to use. Disk space, I am not sure it comes with a hard drive there is so little recording time and no ability to expand with external hard drives. This thing has USB and firewire connectors and both are disabled. Why spend the money on connectors and not the software to support them? If this was a business decision it was wrong, very wrong! After several long phone calls and an email to customer support I was given a direct number and actually spoke to a tech and all he could do was apologize for the inferior hardware that his company uses. No fix, no we are working on it. Just I'm sorry I can't do anything about it.
I will be canceling the day my one year commitment is up.
I hope I help at least one person make the right choice and choose something other than Fios TV.
