Pros: I talk to all of my family and friends without using my minutes.
Cons: Poor service coverage & expensive
The Bottom Line: I'd only recomend Verizon if everyone you talk to is on Verizon as well.

| witchymama's Full Review: Verizon Mobile Phone Service in Los Angeles |
I'd have to say that Verizon is not the best cell service there is. Every time the commercial comes on with that guy saying "Can you hear me now? I want to scream "NO!! I can't! Cuz I can't get service at my workplace!".
It's not just where I work that I have poor reception, either, but it's the place that annoys me the most. Of course, the reason it annoys me is because every OTHER cell service works fine! Sprint, T-Mobile, Cingular (now ATT), even Nextel works fine, but not Verizon.
Other than the weird "no service" areas that seem to have no rhyme or reason, I still wouldn't change. Well really I would change, if I could have all my friends and family do a mass exodus of Verizon at the same time. That's the only thing that keeps me with Verizon; I don't use any of my minuets talking to my family friends.
If youre looking for the cheapest service, well Verizon isnt good for that either. I end up paying almost $90 bucks a month on 2 lines, which Im not sure how it comes out to 89 dollars. My basic service fee is $49, with an additional line for $9.99. Now, math isnt my BEST subject, but Im pretty sure I shouldnt be paying more than $60 a month. The only thing that I can find on my bills is all those damned taxes. I didnt realize how much cell phone taxes were.
So in review, poor service, expensive, but if all the people you talk to are on Verizon, calling them is free.
