Everyone should have a signature fragrance. One, where if someone gets a particular whiff of a scent, they are reminded of that special person. I am sure you know what I mean. For example, if I smell my husband's pillow, or a shirt he often wears, I can detect Polo Blue. And even though my dad only wore Safari once, it always makes me think of him. You can buy these people other nice smelling colognes or perfumes, but there is usually one scent that they can claim as their own.

For me, I love to wear Very Sexy bu Victoria's Secret. I've bought and have been given other perfumes, and they are fun to wear for a change in scent, but I always fall back to Very Sexy. It is the one perfume I buy myself. I love vanilla, nutty smells. I used to have a great perfume that came from Europe that was Pistachio/Vanilla. But once that perfume was gone, I had no way to get more. And my sister bought me one that was similar, called Rewind. But I only managed to get my hands on two bottles before it was discontinued. But Very Sexy has been available for years, and is easily accessible through any Victoria's Secret store or through their website at VictoriasSecret.com.

ABOUT THE FRAGRANCE
The fragrance is perfect for those women who prefer sweet scents, over floral. It is a mixture of Vanilla and Amber, at first whiff. Amber used to be a separate scent that Victoria's Secret sold, and one that I had given to my sister, friends and bought for myself. But, I have not see it available in a while. Possibly it was too sweet by itself. But combined with the other scents in Very Sexy it is a success for many. Victoria's Secret says the top notes of Very Sexy are capucine, pepper, cactus flower and clementine. The middle notes are camelia, hydrangea, mimosa and vanilla orchid. And the low notes are musk, soft woods, blackberry and white amber. But for me, the vanilla and amber are obvious. The scent is feminine without ambushing you with roses and other floral scents, like so many other perfumes out on the market. My husband loves the fragrance. I spray my neck, chest and wrists.

My perfume comes in a thick, oval, red glass. The 2.5 fluid ounce perfume glass stands about 4 inches tall, not counting the top or spritzer. The spritzer is well-made, not budging from the bottle, firmly attached. The top is silver colored. The writing is gold, saying "Very Sexy". Directly underneath that is says "For Her". On the very bottom of my bottle it says "Victoria's Secret" in small letters. But, they've recently updated their 2.5 fluid ounce bottle to be thinner, taller and Very Sexy is now printed on the top, with a jewel-like appearance.

The perfume is flammable, so keep away from flame or high heat. It is distributed by Victoria's Secret Beauty Co.

Size (and Price) Matters
The 2.5 Fluid Ounce bottle is a perfect size for a gift, or to purchase it for yourself. Although, they do make a bigger bottle that holds 3.4 ounces. This scent is so alluring, the larger size won't go to waste and would be highly appreciated. A 2.5 ounce bottle costs around 45 dollars. The 3.4 ounce size costs around 55 dollars.

OVERALL
This has been my favorite fragrance for around 7 years, if not longer. I am a 29 year old female that prefers sweet, nutty fragrances over floral or overpowering scents. This vanilla, amber perfume is my signature scent, and I think it is great to wear on a date, to work, or just when you want to smell sexy or yummy. It's a great gift for that very special someone you know - like yourself.
