Marinara is the foundation product for the VICTORIA line of pasta sauces.
The sauce is made from imported Italian plum tomatoes, Italian olive oil, onions, garlic, basil, sea salt, and best spices. The sauce which makes a good cooking sauce for poultry, meat and fish dishes is not made with sugar, tomato paste or added fillers added to the product.

As of January 1, 2005 we employ 190 full time employees and in the growing season (August through November) employment is in the area of 250 people. There are three separate facilities in Brooklyn and a facility in New Jersey totaling over 250,000 square feet.

Throughout the country, VICTORIA products are offered for sale in specialty shops, supermarkets including Wal Mart and in club stores. Should a particular product not be stocked in a store, many stores can order it for buyers. Ask if your store will order for you.

Chicken rigatoni and veg casserole
8 oz. Chicken Breast
4 oz. Onions
4 oz. Red Bell Pepper
1/4 oz. VICTORIA chopped Garlic
.025 oz. VICTORIA Parsley
4 oz. Rigatoni Pasta
1 oz. Salt
.01 oz. VICTORIA Ground Black Pepper
.01 oz. VICTORIA Paprika
1/2 oz. Canola Oil
1 oz. (weight) White Wine
.05 oz. VICTORIA Basil
9 oz.(weight) VICTORIA Marinara Sauce
.5 oz. Parmesan Cheese
Slice the chicken into strips. Thinly slice the bell pepper and onion. Mince the garlic and parsley, keeping them separate. Blanch snow peas in salted boiling water and shock in ice water. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and shock. Heat pan and oil until lightly smoking. Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Add to pan and cook until light color is achieved. Remove and hold. Add onions and bell peppers to pan. Sauté on medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the snow peas and cook for 1 minute. Add the white wine and cook for 1 minute. Add sauce and herbs (basil and parsley) and cook for three minutes. Add drained pasta and chicken. Reheat. Sprinkle with cheese. Toss to coat.
Even my won't eat chicken husband likes this dish.
