Pros: the freebies at the beginning are nice and so is the birthday reward

Cons: silly system and can be confused and "not make payments" when you think you did.

i was very disappointed with VS customer service. the people there are very rude. i called in to find out why i had outstanding late fees when i was very sure that i had paid the full amount when the first statement came in.

but paying statements online is ridiculous, i ended up just cancelling my card after having it for two or so years for the very reason of being so disappointed with their customer service.
