Bad Unit, Poor Service

Pros: Small size, light weight, bright screen - excellent form factors mostly copied from Compaq

Cons: Cannot install upgrades. Drivers are buggy. No customer support. No fixes available.

After 7 months of uninterrupted difficulties and deteriorating performance, I can no longer recommend the ViewSonic v35 to anyone. ViewSonic refuses to offer any fixes and their customer support is more aggravating than helpful.

Do not buy this unit!
