Pros: taste great, energizing, easy,highly absorbable.

Cons: none that I can think of.

I recently started an Unfranchise business to supplement my cleaning job and part-time quilting. I decided to try a few of the products. I never imagined I could feel so good! The vitamin is in a powder form which when mixed in the cap with water is in an isotonic state, the same consistency as blood and tears. It tastes great, and absorbs into your system 90-95% within 10 minutes. It's like an instant energy burst! The vitamin line is called Isotonix, this one is called B-12 with Folic Acid. I've always hated vitamin tablets, I'll buy them, and then never take them. I end up throwing them away a couple years later. I have never been so religious about taking vitamins!These have changed my life!
