| Machelle's Full Review: Vitamin B-12 (Cobalamin) |
If you have ever had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome then you know how painful it can be.I've got Carpal Tunnel in both my wrists caused from years of over working my hands.
I was suppose to have had surgery done on both of my wrist.They gave me them god awful shots in the wrist.If any of you have ever had them, then you know what I mean.
Well, I was working about a year ago, with both my wrist in wrist supports.When then man, I've never met before told me what was wrong with my wrist.He gave me suggestions on what to do to prevent from having surgery( my surgery was scheduled about two weeks away).
This is what he told me to do,(Come to find out he was a doctor),
he told me to take B-12 vitamins and B-6.He told me how much to take and how often each day.I haven't had a problem since!
This is what he told me;
Take 300 mg a day of B-6 vitamins and take around a 1000 mg of B-12 vitamins a day.Now let me tell you what these vitamins are good for;
B-12 vitamin is needed for normal nerve cell activity and mood the
production of mood affecting substance called S-adenosyl-L-methionine.
Vitamin B-12 deficiency can cause fatigue and nerve cells not to funtion appropriate.
You also can find B-12 vitamins in all foods of animal origin, including dairy, eggs, meat, fish and poultry.
B-6 is needed for normal function of nerve cells.
So. if any of you have this problem, please at least try what the doctor from out of town told me.Because it really did work for me.I didn't have to have surgery and I hardly ever have problems with my Carpal Tunnel anymore.At least try it before they want you to have surgery.
Best wishes!
