I have fairly oily skin and occasional breakouts. I heard about the Vitamin b5 aka Pantothenic acid online while I was doing research. I was skeptical at first, but then after continuous months of breaking out, I thought I would give it a try. I started taking 2 grams a day of the GNC brand. Within two weeks, my skin was less oily, my pores seemed less visible, which is unusual, and I wasn't breaking out anymore. This truly is a miracle in a bottle. Depending on the severity of your acne, you should consider higher or lower doses.
