Pros: Fast zoom, easy load, no need for lens cap, mount for tripod.
Cons: Hot-shoe would be nice. Flash close to where you hold camera, so be careful.

| dennisw45's Full Review: Vivitar PZ 3140 DB 35mm Film Camera |
I bought mine about 2 years ago and it was money well spent. I bought it on sale at Walmart for less than $100, and have used it a great deal, and it takes great pictures. The zoom is quick and the recovery time is good. I have used strictly Kodak film at ISO speeds 100, 200, 400, & 800. I have used High definition, Max versatility, Gold, you name it; and all have produced good pictures. You do have to hold the camera very still for low-light shots, but that is to be expected, as most users of this type of camera know. It is also a good idea to use a tripod when using high speed film, another known fact of 35mm camera users. If you are looking for a good, easy to use, first 35mm camera, this is the one for you.
