Pros: Price, Sound
Cons: Picture quality, particularly color management
The Bottom Line: Save your money and keep looking. The price is only as good as the quality it buys.

I broke my rule...I purchased before checking with epinions. Now I'm boxing up my purchase for a return.
The Bottom Line
If you want good picture quality, keep looking. The price is great, but the product disappoints.
Why Did I Buy It?
We spent about an hour in the store comparing the L32 with other similar models. In the store, we couldn't justify the extra money for what appeared to be only a marginal improvement in picture quality. The low price and additional discount made the deal too good to pass up.
What We Like
The price
You can't argue with the price. Unfortunately, I got what I paid for....
Easy configuration
The unit is very easy to set up. It has lots of connectivity options and everything is easy to access.
Sound
The unit is capable of creating "virtual" surround-sound experience. It works well the few times we've tried it.
What We Dislike
Picture Quality
When we got the unit home, we wondered if we received the same unit. The picture is not crisp. At times the picture and sound are not synchronized (e.g., the lips are moving, but they don't match the words). Color is horrible! Oranges and reds completely overpower the unit. When the unit's color is adjusted to compensate for the overpowering reds and oranges, the other colors appear faded. We have reset the unit to factory default several times in an attempt to get an acceptable picture. No such luck.
Limited Picture-In-Picture Capability
We have DirecTV and Tivo. The DirecTV box and the P-I-P don't play together at all. Not a big deal, since P-I-P is not a feature we considered in our purchase decision. For those of you who do want P-I-P, be aware.
Overall, I'm very disappointed. I compared the unit to my old CRT unit and the CRT produced a better picture! I will have to live without HDTV a while longer. When I save up more pennies, I'll go back and purchase the "marginally better" television.
