Don't Waste Your Money

Pros: Great picture while the TV lasted.
Cons: Vizio has poor customer service!
The Bottom Line: Due to the poor customer service provided by Vizio, we will NEVER purchase another Vizio product.

We purchased this TV at Sam's Club, mostly because it was one of a few that would fit in the entertainment center and because we wanted to watch football in HD. The TV lasted approximately 8 months. We contacted Vizio and was told to take pictures and email them. We were told, yup, your TV is broken and it is covered under the warranty. Vizio indicated that they would send us a box to return the TV and once they received it, they would send us a new one. Well, after finally finding a company that would ship the TV in the huge box (UPS) and the expense of $136, Vizio lost the TV in their warehouse. UPS wouldn't insure the TV because it was already broken. After contacting Vizio to find out when we could expect a replacement TV, we were told that we would not be receiving one because the TV that we sent was broken. Well, yes, that's why we sent it back. Well, apparently the screen was broken. We have called many people at Vizio to get this situation resolved but to no avail. Needless to say we are out more than $1000 just for this Vizio. We bought a Samsung from Sears. At least they will fix what they sell.
