thanks for the tip about the spoon to get the ball plug out. I nearly ripped my fingernail off when I tried to get it out..now I can use my exercise ball!!

I got one these balls 2 1/2 years ago when I started working at a gym. All of the aerobics teachers raved about them. We used to use them all the time in class. It's too bad that I don't work there anymore. :-(

I've taken a few Yoga classes, however I don't have a mat and I've never used the ball yet. Thanks for the helpful consumer information, I'm sure I'll be purchasing a mat and possibly a ball soon.

I am very into Pilates & Yoga, and this mat sounds perfect. I'm actually taking a teacher-training program this summer for Pilates, and I just might have to invest in a mat like this to take to the training. My yoga mat is too sticky!
