Pros: This product was easy to install and originally worked as expected.
Cons: For the price, I was expecting higher durability.
The Bottom Line: If my purchase is any indication of the product quality, I would move on to a different brand.

| toddhopf's Full Review: Waterpik Original Shower Massage Shower Head Sm 65... |
After some price and product comparison shopping, I purchased the Water Pik shower massager, mostly because of the brand name. It was more expensive than the other massagers but I felt the added cost would be worth the higher quality I was expecting from a Water Pik product. At first, it worked great, meeting all my expectations. About 2 weeks after the installation however, the center dial piece flew off during a shower, bouncing of my head. It was humorous at first but then I remembered I paid a premium price for this! It appears a middle dial piece had been held in place by plastic pins, one of which broke off. I had to unistall the massager and attempted to return it to the store. I of course had discarded the packaging and it was a hassle to return. I was given a store credit and purchased a different brand with the same features for less money. So far it has outlasted the pricier Water Pik.
