I ordered this on web and it arrived today 10-4-10 at 10AM. I am a 67 yr old female. I un-crated it and assembled the seat and wheel via you tube help and instructions. Put gas in it and it ran perfect at 2PM. Tried to lower the mower deck and it would not lower. Looked, and found mower had been pushed over back lip. Could not dislodge it. Also smelled gas and found it was leaking gas under an aluminum looking gadget. Called 1-800 number and was told to take to dealer for repair. Got neighbor to help load in my truck. Dealer said it will be 3 weeks before ready. Thank goodness it is cooler weather and grass does not need cutting. Very disappointed to have new machine delivered today and same day go to shop. If had to do over, would not buy this machine.  It was a good price on internet with no shipping and no tax charge. However getting it out of the crate was a major chore and even more to dismantle the crate so that it could be disposed of. I do all sorts of repair (electrical ceiling fan repair, car repairs, painting, caulking, even changed gas tank on another riding mower) but this took the cake all happening on delivery day. My yard is only about 8000 sq. ft. and I thought I'd try this after reviews I had read. But, if I had it to do over, I would not have purchased.UPDATE: 10-6-10-- I noticed several people have commented on my review. The warranty period on this machine is 2 years, and it is constructed of metal. It does have a bagger but has to be purchased separately. It is still in shop as of today. I bought this machine because price was right $699 from Amazon no tax and no shipping charges. Shipping from Amazon was timely. Will update when mower gets out of shop. 11-4-10 still in shop.  11-4-10 PM: Great news, Amazon is refunding my money on this piece of junk. Going to purchase a regular riding mower instead. Thank Goodness for Amazon and their wonderful people!
