The Weider Crossbar is a better alternative to any home gym out there, including Bowflex. Period.

I was having a difficult time deciding whether to buy the Bowflex or the Weider Crossbar. I went to the Crossbar Website http://www.crossbarfitness.com/crossbar/index.html
and learned of how this product was better than the Bowflex, something I didn't expect. Everything you need to have a great workout is all in the Crossbar, not the Bowflex, free weights, or any other home gym.

The Crossbar delivers the results that it guarantees.
