I've been weight training for several years and read several books - a friend at the gym gave me Weight Training Workouts That Work months ago -but I was following the Body for Life routine and was happy with the routine. Unfortunately I stopped seeing any results and became bored so I started looking for a way to change my routine and was considering hiring a trainer - in the meantime I thought I'll just follow this book for a week while I figure out what I'm going to do next - well I'm now on week 4 and the results have been amazing!!!! I can't beleive the new muscle definition. I love the routine - very easy to follow - it's quick- I don't have to think about what to do next. It's like bringing my "To Do" list to the gym and I just check it off as I go. I never get bored and I really look forward to my workout every morning. I never realized how important it is to change your routine - I know that I've done all of these excercises in the past - I just have never combined them properly or something - not quite sure - just know that it's working. I highly recommend this book - I wish there was another one.
