Nice review. (Reply to this comment)

I like -- and agree with -- your explanation of the messages of the book. I also like your comment that kids can pick these up simply by reading the book: You don't have to hit them over the head with the stuff.
Great review of a much-beloved book. Thanks! Kristin

... I saved the best for last! Jeff, you always inspire me and keep the creative juices flowing. I find that after reading any one of your reviews I just want to dive in and start writing. Your descriptions brought back memories and I could visualize the illustrations from ages ago.
This experience, the write-off honoring Forkids' 400th review, is truly one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had since joining Epinions. Reading each review rejuvenated me just that much more and brought back thoughts of where I was and what my family members were up to when I read the book reviewed. Thanks for making the final leg of this journey through time even more memorable.

LOL more like a naked wolf... I had almost no inhibitions when I was really young.
I remember my mom chasing me down the street while I was running around in just my underwear.
LOL go figure!

Jeff,
A wonderful review of a fun story - I used to read this to our neighbors when I babysat :) The personal touches really took this from a good review to a great one - thanks for sharing! :)

Well, since we are talking about kids, I thought I would drop the story. That was my way of saying I appreciate all 20 or so of you deciding to take this on ... all these reviews of children's books.

JFK, first daughter Caroline, and FDR Jr., a JFK friend are on a boat. JFK askd for FDR's socks to "feed the sharks" and throws them into the water. Caroline is impressed!
