This dishwasher is frustrating

Pros: Easy button panel, clean dishes

Cons: Terrible rack design. Impossible to load and unload easily. Bad basket. Does not hold much.

If I could disconnect this thing and return it, I would. Whoever designed it never uses it. It is very difficult to load and unload. Dinner plates don't fit, fall over or are crammed up against each other. The flatware basket falls open when you remove it, sending a cascade of forks and knives all over your kitchen floor. There is no good place for bowls. They flip over and fill with dirty water. It is the same size as our last dishwasher, but holds far less dishes. Good luck with this one.
