I've had this refrigerator for a couple of months now and have not had any problems.
The biggest thing I've noticed is that when the ice and water refills, it seems to be louder than my past fridge, but it could just be the layout of the house that makes it more easier to hear it. Also, sometimes the fridge door sticks very hard so I really have to pull hard to open it.
Other than the above, I have no other complaints about the Whirlpool ED2FHEXt side by side fridge. The ice maker and water work great, it keeps food very cold. I have the fridge side set to 2, with 1 being warmest and 5 being coldest, and my food stays very cold.
It has lots of shelving on the door and two ample drawer spaces in the fridge and one in the freezer. On the fridge side, there is a light that tells you when need to change the water filter which is a nice feature.
The bisque color is very nice and subtle. Upon first look, I originally thought it was white until I was corrected.
Overall, its a nice fridge. If I have any problems down the road, I'll be sure to update it. For now, I'd definitely recommend buying it.
