Pros: It ran quietly and smoothly, with the minimum of water and detergent.
Cons: Cycles require 10-20 min. longer than the top loader we had.
The Bottom Line: There really is no excuse for the poor quality of this machine. It looks like the final inspection was skipped, or something. We do not recommend it.

There are two adults in the household using this model with normal loads of laundry -- we probably used it for maybe 8 or 9 small-to-normal-sized loads on the Normal setting with the recommend amount of HE soap. It was such an improvement over what we had, we were thrilled and relieved that it seemed to work so well, plus, we were impressed with its efficient use of water.
We had noted that the front door seal was wrinkled slightly, but had assumed it was supposed to be that way. It was like that when it was delivered, and worked fine.
We were washing a small bathroom rug and one towel, when on the wash cycle, water started flowing out of the front door, covering most of the laundry room floor. When we opened the door, we saw that the circular steel rim underneath the large front door seal had fallen out along with the seal, causing the catastrophic leak. We could not figure out how to re-attach the rubber seal.
We are now attempting to get a refund and a different model from the seller (Standard Appliance whom we were also not happy with regarding their hasty delivery people).
