I bought this washer with matching dryer just over a year ago.  It uses so little water that the clothes come out with a soapy film unless I use the extra rinse cycle, which defeats the purpose of a low-water use machine.  More often than not the clothes are very tangled after the spin cycle. The dryer also almost always needs a second cycle to dry clothes throughly.  A repair man told me the sensors in this machine are known to be "off" even when working to specifications. Right now there is some red gunk of some sort around the inside base of the door seal and I'm not sure if it's mold or rust.  I don't recommend this model.
