Re: Wild Disney child? (Reply to this comment)

Brett! Now you've gone and done it...I will have to go on an obsessive-compulsive search for Sir Machinery. It sounds delightful.
And as far as this goes: "We are SO different, but a little alike." If we're both "so different," by definition we must be "a little alike." People have been telling me I'm "different" all my life. :)
Thank you for stopping by and for the tip about the book.

Wild Disney child? (Reply to this comment)

Hello! Your excellent review reminded me of the Stravinsky, "Firebird Suite" vignette in Disney's Fantasia 2000. Are you familiar? (unintentional pun noted)
We are SO different, but a little alike. Thank you for reading/rating my thongs review--if you'd really care to indulge, I think you'd rather more enjoy this (children's/youth literature): http://www.epinions.com/content_136383991428
I'm afraid my invitation is disingenuous, but I AM more interested in sharing the story than getting a hit--I promise!
Peace,
Brett

Sounds like a really sweet book. When I first looked at the cover I wouldn't have thought it was a children's book. I was surprised when I found out that it was.
Nice job on the review!
