Windsor Pilates is a great way to tone and sculpt your entire body especially your abs which are worked through out the entire workout. When I first popped in these vidoes I said " Yeah right you really expect me to do that" and at first it was difficult but after about a week I was already doing the advanced body sculpting.
********************THE WORKOUT***************************
Unlike most videos there is not really a long boring warm-up section that does you no good. In these videos you start right into the workout with the "hundred" an ab toning excersize that instructs you to put lay on your back and lift your legs in the air straight up. Then you basiclly do cruches for the count of a hundred. You are already beggining to feel your abs work. After 4 more ab toneing excersizes your abs definetly feel it. Then you move on to the side kick series which tones your lower body as well as your obliques. This 1 hour workout definely works your entire body and what really suprised me was the degree of cardio that was also included by the end I was sweating like a pig. Windsor Pilates also include individual targeted excersizes for arms, legs and hips and abs.
After my fisrt week of Windor Pilates I already lost and inch on my waist. And I was definetly more toned, my posture is straighter and I feel more slender.

Well so did I. After they ran my credit card I got a sick, broke feeling in my stomach and thought "what did I just do".
But, then I thought, I have tried everything from Tae-bo to aerobics. I have a very unusal body type, I have nice legs small hips but a large tummy. All those other workout did not focus on my problem area like Windor Pilates did.
The Windsor pilates series have everything you need to get started including a meal plan and helpful tips on each DVD.

So a year later my waist (which is really all I was concerned about) went form a 38 inch waist to 30 inch waist. The Windsor Pilates series is great for beggingers because it also included a special section on each DVD that take you through each motion and how to do it correctly. I have never been the type to like home excersize which is probably why I haven't stuck to any of them, but windsor pilates is actually fun and rewarding.
I would recommend Windsor pilates to anyone. I love it
