Pros: Outside grounds are beautiful. Great central location.
Cons: Rooms are in terrible condition.
The Bottom Line: Don't get a room here without seeing it first. Clearly not up to typical Wyndham standards. We were very disappointed.

| deanrah's Full Review: The Wyndham Orlando Resort On Int'l Driv |
I selected this hotel as a treat for my family for our Orlando vacation - it was listed as a 4-star resort. When we arrived and entered our room we were extremely disappointed to see a large brown stain on the carpet. Closer examination led us to see that the entire carpet was stained and filthy. We asked to be moved because the large brown stain almost made my kids throw up.
The new room we moved to was almost identical except that the stains on the floor were more dispersed.
The plumbing gurgled periodically and liquid from the pipes came up into the sink. The same thing happened with the commodes.
The shower curtains and liners were badly mildewed. The tile in the bathroom floor was badly broken and stained.
The directions on the water control were backward - the hot and cold were reversed.
The directions to the rooms on the buildings were sometimes misleading, pointing the guest to the left for a room that was just around the corner to the right.
There were only about 10 channels on the TV - no Discovery or other kids channels.
Air conditioning worked, but you could not moderate the temperature. It was 100 % cooling or turn it off. The low cool buttons didn't provide less cooling.
Parking was oversubscribed.
It is clear that the resort has placed much too emphasis on the outside grounds which are in impeccable condition and has tried to go way too long without upgrading the carpets and renovating the rooms.
