Late October 2003 - I paid $40/night through Priceline. I'm sure they gave me one of their "lesser" rooms since I was paying so little, but I still couldn't believe how bad the room was for a more "upscale" hotel.

The room smelled musty and there were a lot of stains on the carpet. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. One of the beds had decent pillows, the other bed's pillows felt like concrete. Also one of the beds had a mattress pad that was much too small for the bed and made it rather uncomfortable.

I would never pay the rack rate to stay here and I hope I never get stuck staying here again through Priceline. The only positive is the location right on International Drive and just minutes from Universal, Sea World, Wet-n-Wild, and all the other I-Drive attractions.
