Pros: It is handy extra seat.
Cons: This has no effect what so ever on your abs.
This product is swivel top stool. You have seen it on TV as product called Red for around $100. I think that this is because of the color. It is advertised as a way trim your abdominals. I find this Somehow, I was gullible enough to think that it could actually work my abs. I dont know why. I mean, I ve sat of many barstools and when did that ever get your stomach flatter.
This is very easy. The base unfolds. The handles are screw on. The seat also screws on. Unfortunately, this device does not fold up. Could there just be one fake seen-on-tv exercise machine that I could hide in a closet?
It is easy to use because all you do is sit on it and twist back in forth. You can adjust the tension with dial on the right side. You hold the handles to keep your shoulders straight. If you hold your legs out straight, this will (supposedly) increase the resistance. There are other exercises in the literature that accompanies this device, but they seem to involve taking it apart so I ignored them.
None. Zero. My thighs get tired from sticking my legs out.
I have an ugly sturdy low swivel stool. It is tested up to 300 pounds. There are handles on each side covered wit padding. The seat is red and comfortably padded.
Dont be like me. Please dont buy this. When you do buy this and realize it doesnt work, dont be too humiliated take it back. It comes with a 30 day waranty. Sit-ups are boring but they can work.
