Pros:Coffee tastes good.
Cons:Doesn't stay hot, hard to clean carafe, filters don't quite fit well.

This brews a decent cup of coffee, but the coffee just doesn't stay hot inside the thermal carafe as I had expected it to. Perhaps if you take your coffee black, it would, but once you add milk, it's tepid. My routine now is to pour a cup of coffee and then heat it in the microwave for 15 seconds before drinking. I just shouldn't have to do that with freshly brewed coffee. Can someone please make a coffee maker that makes a decent HOT cup of coffee??!!!!
