These are AWESOME! Another benefit that I have had is that my fatty acid levels are through the roof since beginning my regimen of faithfully eating one of these bars for breakfast each day. The doctor asked me if I was taking fish oil or doing something special. These bars actually contain fish oil (though you'd never know it). YUMMY!!!....and good for your heart.

If you love candy you will love these. I am a candy (well used to be) junkie and this hits the spot!
