Well she does list green food coloring as optional for the pistachio ice cream. Does that count?
We made the bouquet of root veggies last night. YUM!

I will have to look for this one. The Silver Palate cookbook has a good reputation, but I've never read it, so perhaps that's a possible future read, too. :)

Thanks! I really enjoyed it; more so than "Silver Palate," even though that was a good cookbook. We have the ingredients for that "bouquet of root vegetables" in our fridge...
