Not to be confused with the Ronco tune collections, this sums up my impression of your JF review. Awesome job balancing music description and lyric analysis, adding your own impressions.
This was the first CCM CD I ever heard/bought, after growing disillusioned with the lyrics of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, etc. Looking forward to reading your Supernatural and Jars reviews. Someone's gotta dig back into the stack.

...a HR rating! :)
I'd never though that MY review on this would be upstaged! ((just kidding..it's not at all difficult to do)) Indeed, you are truly a really good music reviewer. Music reviews are not my forte as you can tell, but I had to say something about this album. Great job again David!

Nope, no Larry Norman... (Reply to this comment)

You must be mistaken. The group's cover of "I Wish We'd All Been Ready" is not on this album. If that's what you're looking for, get the ForeFront compilation "One Way: The Songs of Larry Norman". Or get "Intermission", dc Talk's greatest hits (with several notable omissions), which includes "I Wish We'd All Been Ready" and "My Will", both great songs that are not on any of the group's albums. It has a good half of "Jesus Freak" on it.

My teenage son is a big fan of DC talk and the house regularly vibrates to their music, must get him this one as it has a Larry Norman song on it, (I am fan of his music after seeing him in concert way way back in my youth)

Wow, what a thorough review. I hadn't heard of these guys since they were rappers, and then only barely anyway. This review made me want to go check them out.
