Boundaries is a book that I just happened to have stumbled upon, it was the sure will of God. This book suggests what to say yes to and what to say no to. Most conflicts in our lives are created by our lack of boundaries. Not wanting to hurt other people, etc. Sometimes we are aware of them, and sometimes not. This book along with the help of God and the Holy Spirit directing you, will enable you to take control of the things in your life that are out of hand. You will be faced with tough decisions, be prepared. This book is by no means an easy book to implement into your life, that is why prayer is necessary.
This book is written to mainly the Christian audience, but I believe anybody can use it. It also is easy to understand, and a book you just don't want to put down. I suggest you only read one chapter everyday, or else you will get overwhelmed by the changes you need to make in your life. It would be better if you only take a chapter a week!!!
Nowhere in the Christian world have they ever suggested that saying no is okay. This book allows you and points out scripture that will back up your servanthood, and stewardship. It is a must read for everybody!!!
This book gives you the tools to have a better marriage, a better friendship, and to be a better parent and/or child.
