...Although not enough to buy this record without hearing it in it's entirety first. I've seen the video and this type of music makes a little more sense for her than the rock stuff she did on the first album. Too bad that she had to pull a stunt like going back to rehab in order to promote this...

I thought that she was perhaps capitalizing on her fame through the TV series. Nice to see that - at least apparently - that she is doing real attempts at art and staying within her limits.

Interesting. I just don't know what to think of Kelly Osbourne - only because what we've really seen of her has been the Osbournes.
I heard she was acting, too. I am morbidly curious - let's put it that way. ;)
You've actually made this album sound interesting enough for me to listen to, if not buy for that 80's feeling all over again...! :) Great review.

Kelly is such a little cutie and I really, really wish she could find an outlet that will last for life for her. I don't think that music is that oulet -- although I have enjoed some of her releases.

Yeah. She's got showbiz in her blood and music in her lineage. Time will tell what happens with her exactly, but I can say that Kelly is on the vaguely right track with this album...

Excellent review; didn't realize Kelly made a second album until I heard the "One Word" dance single on Sirius Satellite radio (channel 66). Great song!

Yeah. It was JUST released (may have been the same day as Coldplay and White Stripes). In any case, it's entertaining stuff. Not "great music," but I don't think she set out necessarily to make a classic album.
