Pros: great sound quality for the price, has a AUX input on the front of faceplate.
Cons: Bluetooth doesn't allow for audio streaming from mobile device.
Great sound comes from this lower cost alpine unit. I liked the look and the color of this unit compared to others and very user friendly, easy to understand the functions and menus. Built-in bluetooth allows you to take phone calls through your car stereo hands-free. Has a microphone which can be placed almost anywhere in the car for better call quality, compared to units with mics built-in the system. The only downfall of the bluetooth is that it does Not support audio streaming via bluetooth, a bluetooth adapter for like $170 will allow for audio BT streaming, but who wants to pay that when there is already bluetooth built-in. Since this unit is an alpine, it allows you to change a lot of the sound features, including low, mid and high frequencies. Bass and trebble level adjuster, including advance settings. 18watts RMS per channel which gives really good sound quality. Only contains one set of RCA outputs: Subwoofer RCAs, will not hook up to a vehicle with factory amps unless you purchase RCA splitters which could compromise sound quality. Alpine has one of the best sound quality processors on the market, anyone of them will sound great, but the better you go, the more and better features you get.
