I got an iPod Nano 6th generation for my birthday from my husband. I love my iPod. It was $129.
Color: I got a pink one, but you can get them in almost every color.
Screen Clarity : The screen is super clean and the touch screen is very accurate to touch. The screen hardly gets a glare. The screen is rather small, but it luckily the icons are large.
Battery life : I ran 13.1 miles last weekend. It took me over 3.39 hours and my batter was hardly used up. I had 3/4's battery life left after my run. I had only charged my iPod for an hour before had. I just hate that I have to use my laptop battery to charge my iPod so I am planning on buying an outlet charger. Apple.com says that the battery life should last 24 hours. I have found this to be true.
Apps: The Generation 6 iPod has an awesome radio app where you can save your favorite stations. This makes it convenient to click straight to your favorite! But My favorite of all is the pedometer app! It tracks your steps the time it takes you and how many calories you burnt.
Storage : 8GB is plenty for me, but my husband who HAD to have the 160GB iPod would fill mine in two minutes. If you have a lot of music you plan to make many different play lists I would suggest a larger memory iPod. I have about 11 full albums saved and still have over half of my storage still available
User Friendly : If you have never owned an iPod before than I will inform you, iPods are very user friendly. iTunes will walk you through every step you need to put music on your iPod. Also if your iPod freezes or you have any trouble with your iPod Apple has a great support team. Apple has everything from online support to friendly call centers.
Clip On : This Nano is also a clip on, I love this feature because unlike the shuffle it has a screen so you can choose your songs. The clip is very convenient because it is sturdy and will stay securely on your jacket or shirt while you are running.
Price : Just like any iPod , the 6th generation is pricey. You can get an Mp3 player for much cheaper usually with more storage, but MP3 players are not as user friendly as ipod. Plus iPods come with warranties and are always the best thing out there .
Light Weight : Great for atheletes this Ipod is durable and light weight. You can take this Ipod ANY where. It clips so comfortable you won't even know it is there! It weighs .74 ounces.
Volume : The volume ranges is large. It can go very loud to nearly silent. But most of all the volume is clear and has a great bass.
Amount Paid (US$): 145
